What's Wrong With Conservative and Liberal Thinking On Healthcare.

Everyone is talking about the healthcare issue these days because Obama is once again on the path of destruction in America.  He has taken over banking, the car industry, the credit cards and now before it is too late and the American people wake up, he's ramming healthcare faster than a speeding bullet.  I agree with some of the talk from the right about what Obama's plan is going to do to the nation's healthcare system.  However, we are missing a  key issue.   The patient should be in control of their own health and payment of their healthcare.   Employers should have no business in the patient's care,   government certainly has no rights to the patient's medical care and insurance companies should not be involved either. What's wrong with both Conservative and Liberal thinking on healthcare?  They have the belief that insurance companies are the answer to the healthcare problem.  Hint:  Wrong. It's the patient who holds the answer. 
Bill Frist mentioned on Bennett's Morning In America, that the first thing businesses are going to do when the National Healthcare comes around is that they will force their employees to go on the government's plan because in the business' point of view it will be cheaper and not cut into  profits.   Yes, that will happen to those who are getting their healthcare from their  employers However, some  employers are already forgoing giving employees healthcare benefits.   In fact, many of the companies are now cutting healthcare costs by  passing some of the expense to the employees.  In fact,  more industries, including governments, are  hiring part-time workers to escape the nasty mess of providing healthcare all together.  Their  reasoning behind this is that workers who are temporary part time are easy to replace,  cost effective, allowing management to use them when they need them and do not fall under the protective umbrella of full-time/full benefits workers.  Trust me even the government sectors are using these tactics.  Regardless of whether business' drop healthcare now because of National Healthcare or later because the costs are cutting into profits does not matter.  With the economy being the way it is,  there is no way for businesses to continue enticing employees with benefits.  The most they can do is tell employees that when times are good, they have a job.  When times are bad, there are no guarantees of a job. Not to use a cliche, but we have passed the tipping point. What is the logical step?  Americans become responsible for their own healthcare.  Novel idea, huh? 
Insurance has been a big racket from it's conception.  It is quite similar to the mob.  (Before I get nasty emails, hear me out)  It's paying for protection and hoping nothing happens to you, your family, your belongs, etc  Is there ever a return on the money?  No.  Ask anyone who is over 35 years old, and no traffic violations on their record for over five years, if their rates have gone down. Nine times out of ten, the answer will be no.  The reason why insurances have become such a big industry is because the government has gotten involved and demanded that people must have house insurance, car insurance and now it will be you must have health insurance.  Insurance companies jump at this like a lion who hasn't been fed for weeks and just saw a zookeeper walk into his cage without food.  Yummy, for the lion, not so much for the zoo keeper.  The insurance company will get whatever they can from their customers and in turn tell the doctors, drug companies and hospitals how much they will pay for certain services.  In turn, the health care providers, throw their hands up and say they have no control  and they are at the mercy of the insurance companies.  What is wrong with this picture?  The insurance companies are  in the middle between the patient and treatment.   Think about it ?  If patients don't want the government in the middle, why are the insurance companies allowed in the middle to help decide what should or should not be done?  Perhaps its time for the patient and doctor to work out what the payment should be, what treatment they  should have and what works best for both parties. That is why the Health Savings Account appeals to so many consumers who want their own choices and don't want to be tied down to the red tape, endless paperwork hell of the Insurance companies.  It's time to get the protection racket out of the picture. This won't happen because the poor old  insurance industry will be too big to fail.  Obama would be forced unfortunately, to bailout another industry.  Oh, wait, with his plan this is exactly what he is doing right now.  Sorry Blue Cross, HAP and all the other insurance companies, this is your swan song.  Time to go. 
But wait,  there are those who will still maintain that health insurance is the only way to live.  Assuming that it is better to have health insurance,  for the sake of those who still cling to this racket.    What questions should be asked?  First, wouldn't it be better to shop around?  Wouldn't it be better to tell the insurance companies this is what the customer needs,  how much is the best plan ?  It is insane that consumers can choose their car insurance, home insurance, life insurance but when it comes to healthcare they get whatever comes their way.  This shouldn't be the case.  It also shouldn't be the case that consumer's options for  policies requires them to be responsible for the first 10,000 dollars for emergency care, then the insurance company will pick up the rest.  Why bother with healthcare when the deductibles are too high?   Patients will be in debt up to their eyeballs, and still have to pay the $250 dollar bill every month to the insurance companies.  It doesn't take a math or economy genius to figure this out.    A patient would be better  not to have insurance and  pay down the amount owed by setting up a payment plan with the healthcare provider.  But the poor patent has been brainwashed  by society that they should not have to pay for their own healthcare bills.  That should be someone else's responsibility.   Why is that?  That makes no sense. 
When the government gets involved, how much worse will it be?  For starters, no choices, no control and no communication.  If the paperwork and red tape from Insurance companies is bad, it is ten times worse with the government.  Has anyone done their taxes lately and realized all the loop holes, regulations and forms?   It's a nightmare! It would not be a surprise that the healthcare from good old Uncle Sam would not be any different.  There is only one solution that makes sense and fits every American's situation:  TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.   Americans have got to be trained to understand that they don't need the government to help them make decisions, they are smart enough to do it themselves.  Americans do not need big insurance companies telling them what the best medical coverage is,  but they do need a free market where insurance companies compete for their business.  Competition has always been the best route for consumers.  It's proven to 99% of the time.  It seems that the tipping point has brought about a change in the way health insurance should be doing business or how they should be getting out of business.

Kindergarten was my favorite grade.  We always made time for stories and singing.  Since President Obama has taken office, there does not seem much reason to sing.  However,  I've decided I am not going to participate in his gloom and doom.  As a certain talk show host advises,  and we will state the name for purpose of clarity, Rush urges his listeners to think for themselves,  learn for themselves and live life to the fullest, even if the circumstances around you are not ideal. When Will We Impeach?

The collective thought of America today should be,  2010 is too late to strike and win back the country.  That is not the case.  Too  many of our fellow Americans have drank the Kool-aid that is laced with poisonous venom from Obama;'s camp.  In the past 100 days or so,  President Obama and his minions have set in motion the quickest switch to a socialist government ever imaginable.  Not one person on Election Night 2008 would have ever believed that this man would work as quickly, and without opposition.  There is a  need for strong leaders who will stand up for conservative principals,   and from the perspectives of many political observers, these leaders  have left Washington.  So the same old game plan is being used by Republicans, let's find the center and run with it.  How about this for an idea?  Let's find a backbone and run with that!  True conservative principals never die and never lose.  In the meantime,  the taxpayers by the executive Order of Obama, will make sacrifices to ensure for the next generation some glimmer of  hope. Maybe.  Is the man hypocritical or incompetent in leading this country.  Sadly, he is both and then he is not.  He is, as  Pravda would boast of their leaders in Russia, the best Marxist that ever lived.  Obama is not Russian, but he is a very good student of Socialism, Communism and Marxism.  He is building a movement bigger than the other three ideology combined and  enjoying the ride.   It is time to impeach the man for not only being incompetent, but also for treason.  No politician in their right  mind would set this economic disaster in motion without first thinking: How can I destroy America and make it work to my advantage?  Obama, Yes he can! 
Arguments that this is just fear mongering is for those who wish to place their heads firmly into the sand.  The evidence is overwhelming on the path that Obama has taken thus far.  First the banks.  Bailout as many banks as possible,  give out money without the intentions to track it,  create a "stress" test for banks that meets the Government standard of pass or fail and   do not let bankers pay back loans.  It's is a protection plan that only a thug in the Sopranos could administer, but alarmingly it is coming from the United States Government.  Now the government owns the banks. 
The next step to killing the American economy was a natural one.  Tied in with the banking,   Obama has  decreed  that Mortgage s and credit card companies must change their standard practice of business.   Mortgage companies can not foreclose on homes where the owners can not pay their monthly payments The credit card companies can not charge additional interest rates for those who do not pay on time.  In other words,  the financial sector of American Business  has just been told that they can not make money.  How many people does this policy actually help?  Well according to MSNBC,  Obama's expansion  of an existing 300 billion dollar program which aims tp adjust mortgage rates, aided a mere 50 homeowners out of 400,000 it was intended to help.  In other words,  the Americans who are suppose to live within their means can not do so under Obama's rescue.  That is by design, not accident.   After all If homeowners printed more money, they'd be in jail.  Obama does it because he can! 
Next, the Auto companies.  Print money to bailout the Big Three.  Knowing all along that the money could not save the companies from bankruptcy.  Tell the people what they want to hear.  Obama will fix everything,  only he and his mighty government can.  Remember bankruptcy was not an option, the auto industry was too big to fail.   The government now owns 70% of GM,  which has declared bankruptcy on June 1, 2009.  The President's Press Office claims that they will initiate plans for the Government to hand the company back over to the Auto Executives.  Believe this,  there will be a "Stress" test imposed on the Auto industries just as it is applied to the Banks.  The Great Stimulus of 2009 hasn't even managed one spark of hope. Many Chrysler dealerships are now fighting to stay open, because the White House has decreed that the dealerships are not viable.  When looking at the sales receipts of the dealership,  it appears that there is a blatant attempt to destroy the Auto Industries.  Why?  The only conclusionan be that Obama plans include the Auto Industries as another business in their control.  What's next?  Don't be alarmed:  Healthcare. 
On Wednesday,  May 27 Obama told his rich supporters in Hollyweird, that the economy was getting better.  We have turned the corner.   Yet, today only a mere five days later,  he announces that the Economy will take longer to recover and that even though we did not choose to sacrifice taxpayers will do it anyways.  Again, by the decree of the President.  It is not a stretch to say, Michigan can not handle more job losses.   Yet, just when the April unemployment numbers are at a record high,  Obama pulls the plugs on more jobs, and businesses.  Smart?  Yes, if one is looking to orchestrate a controlled crisis.  Not to worry,  single handily, Obama  has saved or created 500,000 new jobs.  That's liberal speak for, "It's fuzzy math, but don't worry in the end everything will be worth zilch so it doesn't matter anyways." 
Extremist Muslims and other who hate what American has been able to accomplish, have stated that the way to destroy America is within and through the financial systems.  Causing the rift in ties to American enterprise,  and a strong economy.  Could it be that the President is working with the enemy?  This is treason.  it is time to impeach before he destroys the country further.  Before our liberties are nothing more than a fading memory.

It may be too early to say this ...

On MSN.com web page there is an article stating that President Obama is the consequential leader, at least according to Chuck Todd.  The meaning of consequential is "having significant consequences."  That would be safe to say.  President Obama's policies will have a huge impact on the American way of life.  For  you Obamanites, that means that your life will change because the government will grant you all that you have dreamed of,  healthcare,  gun ownership stripped away,  freedom of speech denied, and a beloved ruler like Chavez or Castro.  There is cause for hope,  according to MSN's own poll which asks the Average Joe to grade the President's performance,  at 1:00 pm this afternoon, the tally read  that 37.8 % gave Obama an A, while 35% gave him an F.  If we needed proof that the GReat Obama is not totally embraced by the American public this is it.  Barak Obama's approval rating may be ready to take a fall.

100 Days and counting

The media is going nuts over Obama,  that isn't new, however,  they are looking at this first 100 days in office as if this is there is nothing more that this President needs to accomplish.  Yes, in 100 days the man has been able to tackle all the topics of the day, called in the CEOs from every sector of the economy to lecture then on the greatness of HIS plan and how they must kowtow to him.   He has conferences and break out sessions that produced nothing but more hot air.    Obama has apologized profusely for all the ills that America has done and asked leaders around the world to not blame him for events such as the Bay of Pigs because he was only three years old back then.   Wait folks, that's not all.  In a way that only Obama knows how, he has endorsed the killings of innocents around the world but pledging tax payers dollars to fund abortions,  he has spent more in 100 days than any of his predecessors,  he has made us weaker by revealing national secrets and he has made it a personal vendetta to discredit anything the Bush Administration accomplished.   Whew!  Who knew  that so much could be done in such little time?  This is the moment that all liberals have been dreaming about.  The moment when America ceases to be the land of the free and  the home of the brave to the land of the forlorn and home of the beaten.  
Now that the 100 days mark has passed, should the taxpayers dare to ask "What's next?" What should happen next and what will happen are two different realities.  Republicans in Washington need to get a backbone and oppose legislations which stands in the way of personal freedom,  raising taxes and national security.  With Obama's approval rating very high, most Republicans are afraid to buck a popular president.  After all,  2010 is just around he corner, and some of them have campaigns that they need to win. Looking at the polls more closely, it is clear to see that while people like Obama as a person,  his policies do not sit well with most voters. The fact remains that his approval rating is at 68-70%.    If one dares to look back at Bush's first 100 days in office they w ill find  that he Democrats were bold enough to knock down the President even when his approval ratings were good.  As a matter of fact,  Democrats will cut their opponents down to size in good times and in bad.  If Obama's policies are bad for our country then it should be pointed out to the American people without fear of retaliation.  The retaliation is what some Republicans fear and would like to avoid.  Liberals win again.  Freedom of speech is always the first to go. 
What will happen next is unfortunate.  Obama and his administration are busy contriving ways of blocking Republican votes on national health care, silencing conservative talk shows and seizing opportunities to gain government ownership of the private sector.  The only transparency of this Administration is that they want it all and they want it now. All of these movements are not baby steps, they are giant leaps into weakening of  the economy,  rights of citizens and free-market system.  Making the argument that these ideals have never worked, is an argument that the left will not engage in because in their view it has worked and will work here. Regardless that the evidence reveals the failures of the left's ideals. If the Republicans will not stand up against the tide of socialism, who will?   The Republican party is desperate for a leader and that person is no where to be found.  The First 100 days is just an appetizers to what will be coming in the next four years.  More government, more taxes and  more of the same liberal lies.

The Tea Parties Message!

It would be nice to say that on April 15th that the leaders in congress,  Republicans and Democrats alike, would have gotten the message from the rednecks, racist, antigovernment, tea parties attendees.  However,  it seems as though they either decided  to dismiss it as if the protest were from people who are bitter about the election or make crude sex jokes about these voters as a way to discredit their voice.  If there are any shrewd politicians out there,  and there is reason to believe that anyone with an ounce of common sense  has long ago left Washington,  they would take the message seriously. There is a simple message that these Tea Parties are stating loud and clear. Taxpayers are fed up. Taxpayers want to see a return to conservative principals not reforming our way of life.  

If the congressmen and women would listen closely, they will find that there are three very important points that these Anti-tax, antigovernment protesters are trying to get across.  First,  who ever voted for massive spending, bailouts and tax increases,  will not only have a lot of explaining to do for their action, they may end up in the unemployment line like many of their fellow citizens who have lost their jobs.  This means that if it was a Republican, a Democrat or an Independent who said YES to Tarp,  the voters will now say NO to these men and women come election day.  It is that simple.  This has nothing to do with party lines, this has to do with being responsible to the voters.   For those Congressman and Senators who want to join the movement because they see that it benefits their chances for reelection.  Don't bother joining the fight.  The protesters do not want lip service, they want action.  

Second,  the left wing liberals would have everyone believe that this is all about class preservation.  That is to say, that the rich want to remain rich and keep the poor and middle class in their perspective places.  At the rallies there were no representation from the rich.  In the crowds familiar faces like Bill Gates,  Steve Forbes, or George Soros were not seen.  Why would  they show up?  They pay taxes but they also have lobbyists, lawyers, accountants and many more employees who assist them come tax times.  No doubt that they pay  their “fair share”, however they also have the means to make their voices heard.   The  people who gathered were common folks, middle class hard working Americans who pay their taxes.  Average citizens do not ahve lobbyists who will make sure their vocies are heard.  Most of the Middle Class purchase a copy of Turbo Tax, and preapare their taxes  themselves.  The burdens of taxation falls squarely on their shoulders becasue when 30 % is taken out their paychecks, they feel the pain of struggleing to make ends meet.  The Obama administration would like to pass the line that everyone has to have skin in the game, but no where in that crowd were the people who do not pay taxes.  Families on welfare were absent from this crowd.  Illegal immigrants were not there either.  Could it be that they were too busy trying to find more handouts that our government is only too willing to give?   The irony of  taxes is that Obama’s own tax returns prove the Tea Parties' point.   In 2007 he made 4 million dollars, not bad for a Community Organizer.  According to MSNBC,  one of his favorite news soruce, He paid $1,396,772  in federal taxes.  . The  Tea Parties' do not envy Obama for his success or the money he made.  What the Tea Parties' do object to is the fact that no matter how much money we make, the government takes most of it.  For the Obamas, they probably did not feel the pain that much when they paid their taxes.  The average Joe in 2007 paid 32.15 % of their income in taxes, which includes state and local tax.   If 32.15% is not enough for Congress what will be enough?  If the taxpayers do not stand up now,  it is quite possible that taxes will continue to go up not down.  How long will it take for the tax rate to reach 50%?  If Obama has his way with National Healthcare, and other social programs that bring more dependents on the government dole, it can happen quickly.  

Third,  the American voter will not  give up their freedoms  without a fight.  Country after country have tried different forms of socialism and have failed.   Marxism did not work.  Fascism failed in Italy.  Communism failed in Russia.  China with a little help from Capitalism is trying to make Communism work there also.  However, it does not seem to be an all out success there either. . What should have American leaders learned from this?  The Human spirit is stronger than any  one individual demands for power.   What may be more damaging to our leaders in Government than anything else is that they have forgotten America’s history.   Americans are the first rebel rousers and fire in the belly nation.  Our forefathers fought for  this country to be free and to remain free of tyranny.  The Boston Tea Party was one example of fighting back, but the true test of the forefathers resolve and belief in the republic came when they wrote the Declaration of Independence.  It began with the words “We  the People, “   This is a precious gift they bestowed upon future Americans.  They gave the people the gift of freedom, which we are finding out, it is a gift to be protected, preserved and passed on to the next generations.  Freedom is not for wimps,  it’s for winners.   The Tea Parties are just another chapter in American History where common every day folks fight   a government gone too far.

Harvard is certainly not turning out the best and the brightest these days.  Our President is the proof of that.  Before the liberals go haywire and complain that we dare to question the man's whose IQ is off the charts,  there are  a few things we need to clear the air about.  One,  Obama is not perfect.  Heck, he doesn't even come close to it because as he stated in one of his campaign speeches when he becomes President he would have a positive effect on everything including how the earth's tide rise and fall.   Has the earth moved for anyone in the past  50 or so days?   Second,  Obama is doing what he has done as a community organizer.  Study the problem, talk about the problem and spend your way out of the problem.   Problem solved?  No, but he feels really good about how he has tried to make things better.  Third,  our newly elected President has surrounded himself with the worst and the dullest to help lead America out of these troubled times.  If W was as dumb as the liberal  say he was,   we can only hope to obtain that level of stupidity.  Let's face it George W.  did make mistakes but not in the first fifty days of his term.  At least he spread out his mistakes over eight years.  What is scary to think, is that Obama is not making a mistake on accident... he is doing it on purpose.  It is time to send out an S.O.S.
In Obama's America, we are finding that the President really does believe in distributing the wealth and taxing the rich.  He has sent a witch hunt out for all the rich folks who hide their money in Swiss accounts and will penalize them.  Excuse me, Mr. President.   Would you like to take a look at your own cabinet members and count how many of  them have tried to evade taxes?  Let's also make villains out of rich folks who can have the luxury of flying their own planes.  Don't they know, those silly rich people,   planes are for government officials not for folks like them or us.  (Note to future generations:  Scrap the dream of becoming so rich that you an afford your own plan and fly around whenever you want.  It will be against the law in America.)  Here's a thought for  the Harvard grad,  if  government keeps taxing the rich,  the rich will quit making money and then who will you tax?  The Middle class?    Obama says that the middle class is his highest priority,  but it is ironic that the one class that he would like to give more attention to will be the one that will get hurt the most.  Or is this his hope?  That the middle class will become a dependent class.  Basic economics will beg the answer for this question:  how will the government support a growing number of dependents?  Where will the money come from?  China?  Make more money?  
In Obama's America,  $410 million dollars are spent on outrageously idiotic pet projects, while the President calls it an imperfect bill but it will be a signal that this kind of spending has to stop.  Really?  This is a signal that pork spending  will not be tolerated in future bills?  Was that in the fine print of  the 1,000 plus pages of the bill?  If it was,  how many of the happy fat cats senators actually read that fine print?  Mr. Obama,  if the taxpayers can be so bold as to request that next time there is a budget that needs to be signed,  think about the people who are struggling to put food on their tables and are more worried about if they can buy a pig to eat then spend money to see why the pig's gas stinks.   A better signal to the end of out of control spending, would have been to veto the entire bill because it had too many extras.   
In Obama's America,  it is perfectly fine to have the First Lady pose for cell phone pictures while serving out risotto at a local soup kitchen.  It is amazing that none of the media asked the question,  why  does this homeless person have a cell phone?  How does he pay for this cell phone?  To where does the cell phone provider send the bill if the person is homeless?   Let's not judge these people who can not afford a home or a meal, but by golly at least they have the cell phone.  I get it now.  Obama's America is making perfect sense to me now.   Spend money on what you don't need, and  for life's necessities depend on handouts from the government.  Thanks but no thanks.   Obama's America is too rich for my blood.

$13.00 IN Tax Credit

This tax season, have a serious talk with your tax preparer and ask them to explain Obama's tax plan.  It turns our that this Trojan Horse is going to hurt American taxpayers in the end.   In Obama's plan,  the $13.00 more a week is not due to changing the tax tables it is rather changing the take home pay tables.  The tax rates remain the same, therefore the $13.00 per week will be taxed as regular income,  Sneaky,  yes.  Surprised, not really.  Everything Obama has done in the past month has been a gift to himself and his supporters  rather then a gift to the American public   Perhaps, it would not be a bad idea for American Taxpayers to be like some Republican Governors,  and tell the Obama administration, thanks but no thanks.  The tax cuts that are being proposed will not help American families and American families should refuse to accept this measly $13.00.  Our country's freedom from socialism is much more expensive than giving it up for $13.00 a week.   Just a thought.

Obama Asks How Gullible Are You?

This past month has been very revealing when it comes to the new President.  In the first month, he has managed to turn the economy upside down,  spend more than any president in his first thirty days and takes a much needed extended weekend before an upcoming crucial Senate vote on his spending bill, aka. this is what is a stimulus is to a Democrat.   it is safe to say that he is not the messiah.  After all Jesus said the Temples would be destroyed and in three days he would rebuild the church.  Obama, on the other hand, has destroyed the American Economy and stated it will take years to rebuild.  Is this  the hope we can believe in? 
It is truly amazing that the Obamanites are still out there in droves chanting the mantra,  "Obama is great!  Obama is the one!"   Ask anyone of the why they believe that Obama is doing a good job.  "He gives hope.   Give him a chance."   Give him a chance to do what?  Destroy the American Dream?   No sir.  With all due respect,  every American Citizens should stand firm against Obama and his policy.  It should not be that in America in 2009 that we can not disagree with our President and hold him accountable for the decisions that he is making on our behalf.  His policy thus far are dangerous if not on the line of treason.  He must be stopped, especially since he has done a 180 degree turn away from his Spend, spend, spend policy to cutting the deficit in half.  
Obama's summit will have accomplished nothing today but will help those who have contributed feel really good about themselves.  The Fiscal Responsibility Summit's aim is to find ways to cut the deficit while spending trillions of dollars on useless programs.  Anyone who has a high school  education can tell you that red is not a good color when it comes to money and accounting.  The only way to get out of red is find ways of cutting things out or find other sources of income.  Would anyone like  to venture a guess as to which way Obama would like to go?  The other sources of income seems very likely for Obama.  Don't fret,  Obama is not going to get a second job at McDonald's or Walmart to help supplement the government's spending.  He will raise the  taxes on the average Joe to get America into the black.  (Don't worry Joe Biden,  you are not average.  You are safe from the dreadful tax hikes.) It looks as though taxpayers will be getting that second job just to afford living.  
How gullible is the American public?  Will they buy the spin that Obama is finding ways to cut the deficit despite the fact that he has spent trillions of dollars in the past month?  Will they buy the excuse that Obama had no choice but to do this because Bush was a bad president and left his with this huge budget problem?  (Don't forget Americans,  Obama encouraged Bush to do the first bailout and voted for the first stimulus package.)   It is certainly seems as though some American voters has fallen into a trance,  but there are enough of us who have not bought the Obama lies.  Now is the time to call for action.  If you believe in saving the American Dream for our children and ourselves,  join the  Facebook group,  "Protecting the American Dream"  Let your voice be heard.  Washington will hear us and know that the minority Conservative giant has awaken and he does not like what is happening to our country.

Questions for Obama If He Accepts A Beer With Hannity

Almost a month has gone by and the American people are stunned that the new President is plowing through legislations  like a three year old high on sugar and racing through a china store.  Leaving destruction in his path and laughing all the way. Obama is having a grand old time with one spending bill after another.  Yet, he won't stop and talk to one of his toughest critics.  Heck, the invitation is out there, yet there is a gut feeling among conservatives that this coward of a President would not dare to face anyone who opposes him and his Administration.  It is almost as if the Messiah in practicing in the Oval Office how to point at someone, and see if they will disintegrate on his command.  (He hasn't perfected it yet)   On the off chance that President Obama will accept the offer, here are a few questions that should be asked.  

1.  According to your policy,  stimulating the economy means we have to spend money.  Why do you feel that it is better to promote government spending instead of providing tax cuts which would stimulate consumer spending? 

2.  At this time, you feel that it is your Administration's responsibility to control banks and force them to stop foreclosures on mortgages that can not be paid.  In essence, you are willing to force the banking industry to follow the same path as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which if you need to be reminded they failed.  What guarantees do we have that this new government enforcements on banks will work? 

3.  Mr President, you have written two books,  been a Senator and now won the election for President,  do you think now is the time to go beyond the bumper stickers slogan and tell the American public what is  your political philosophy?  Would it be fair to label it fascism? Socialism? 

4.  Speaking of your campaign promises , you promised change and hope.   Issues that we were facing during the election would cease to exist,  but now you are forecasting worse times ahead.  You urged former President Bush to pass legislation for  the first stimulus in order to save America. What happened? 

5.  How does giving money to ACORN, AMTRAK and STD Prevention stimulate the economy? 

6.  Have you found a new home for the Gitmo detainees?  

7.  Mr. President, you claim to be a constitutional scholar,  could you explain the First Amendment?  If you believe in Free Speech, then why are you allowing members of your own party to look for ways to silence conservative talk?

8. Another campaign promise that you gave, was  that the government would be more  transparent.  Explain why you passed three different legislation without any notification to your press office?  Why was  your latest victory, passed through congress so fast that no one had a chance to read the over 1,000 page bill?   When will the transparent government begin? 

9.  Mr. President,  your Cabinet picks are not shaping up to be "reputable."  Many of  them have tax problems. sticky conflicts of interests  and some are lobbyists that you claimed would not be welcomed into your cabinet.  It seems that the vetting process has been sloppy, would you say that is a fair statement?   What will you do to make sure that you next appointments meet the requirements of the job, as well as being moral upstanding citizens? 

10. Speaking of  you picks for  your administration,  are you sorry now that Bidden accepted your offer to be Vice-President? 

11.  On a personal note,  which title do you prefer, "Czar",  "Messiah",  or  "King"?  Or would you like to create your  own title? 

12.  Mr. President you say  that we must all act responsible when it comes to spending.  That everyone is going to have some skin in the game and learn to live within our means.  Please explain why our Government can not live within their means.  Why our government takes in so much in taxes and yet spends it like there is plenty more where that came from.  

13. Finally, Mr.  President,  you are president now and the assumption is that you are currently making more than you were as a Senator?  That should indicate that you should not receive bonuses either.  Like living in the White House for nothing,  having a limo,  car etc.   Should there be a salary cap for you or is this question above your "pay scale"? 

These are just a few questions that are begging to  be asked.  However,  they will never get asked by the "I Love Obama" media and conservative commentators, such as Sean Hannity will not have the opportunity to present these questions.  This is still the land of the opportunities and dreams,  in that spirit,  let's dream of the day when Obama will have to answer these questions.

Make No Mistake ... Obama Knows Exactly What He Is Doing.

A review of the news of the week is mixed with more good things to say about this administration than bad.  After all,  the new president has not been in office for a hundred days yet,  let's give this man a chance.  While the president is enjoying  a 67 % approval rating, and the congress a mere 31% approval rating,  the general mood of the country is still  wait and see.  From the perspective of the media, that is the TV and newspapers,  this is a good sign that President Obama is doing the will of the people.    Around the radio dial and the internet,  a different story emerges.  Some say that this is a man who "accidentally" became president, while others say that this is an "organized" effort for the Democrats to take total control.   Nothing is accidental.  During the campaign, there was a concerted effort on the  part of the Obama campaign,  to control the amount of information available about the candidate.  This included his personal information to  his stand on various issues. There is no other way to explain why a man as young as President Obama would write not one but two autobiographies.  It is an attempt to control any information about Barack.  He has dictated what needs to be known about himself.  No need to look further.   Obama could not be defined during the campaign,  and it is quite possible that this will continue into his presidency.   This can change if Conservatives are able to regain control of the message to the American voters.   
Examining the first month in office,  it appears that Obama has all the engines running to move the country to the left.  His first major victory came with stimulus package passing through the Senate.  How was this victory won?  Intimidation tactics from the Democrats.  The bill was rammed through Congress and the Senate with no one reading the over 1,000 page bill and the American voters  were told to "take this".  Bits and pieces of the bill emerges, and what it spells out is that the government have taken spending to a whole new level.  More state rights have been taken away and taxes are on the way of getting higher for everyone. Regardless of what Obama insists, this is a pork bill with earmarks on every single page, if not in every  paragraph.  Yet,  the President's rating is at 67%.  Makes one wonder who are the people that Gallup is surveying. 
Tied in with this major victory, is the constant whining from the left that the Fairness Doctrine must be imposed soon.  The President himself has stated to House Representatives that they should not listen to Rush Limbaugh.  Why?  The only media that is holding the left to the fire is Radio, and the Internet plays an important role also.  Liberals do not like debates,  they crave for total control of the discussion and echoing chambers that will carry their voices without opposition.  Debating a topic and thus leaving the American voter to come up with their  own conclusion is much too risky.   An informed public is  a dangerous public.  They can voice their opinions,  they can organize groups to oppose legislation and ultimately they can vote legislators out of office.  (Spector, Snowe and Collins should be especially worried now. )   Is  this a coincidence that on the heels of a victory for Obama more liberals such as Waxman,  Kerry,  Clinton,  Stabenow and  the likes are bolding criticizing talk radio?  If they can not get a law passed on this, they are now seeking to go through the back door and have the FCC put in place new regulations.  What happened to the American people deciding on this issue? What is happening to the First Amendment?  It went out the window along with the promise that there would be a two day review period for  the Stimulus package.  There was and will never be a transparent Obama administration.  Everything that has been done up to this moment has been done through back door means.  Yet, this is not surprising. 
This president was to be the answer to all the political woes around the world.  He is  the great listener,  the wonderful diplomat of the world.  His first international act with the Middle East was an interview on Arab television to apologize for American policies and actions.  Is this not treason?  Has the President ben too quick to offer an olive branch?  Judging by how the Middle East has responded, the answer is yes.  The situation in the Middle East is facing more challenges now than ever before.  Akmadinijad has issued his own statement, basically telling the American President change your foreign policy or else.   Obama's presidency was suppose to ease the tensions in the Middle East, not escalate them.  Iran has even gone as far to say that despite calls from the new administration,  they will not stop producing nukes.  It appears that Akmadinijad should be taken at his word,  he will not speak with Americans until they meet on his term.  What are his terms?  Complete destruction of Israel.  Obama should have no dealings with this mad man.  Yet,  the President feels that the best course of action is "talk".   This does not stir any feelings of security among many voters here in the States.  As a matter of fact, should the duck and cover drills be  re-introduced  in American schools in the event of  an attack from our enemies?   It's a scary world out there,  especially when North Korea is added  into the mix.  Is Obama worried about the global threat? Judging for his action, it appears that  Obama wants this crisis.   It serves his purpose well.    
A crisis in the economy,  a crisis with the media and a huge crisis boiling in  the Middle East.  What more can a President ask for?  With these issues daily battering on the minds of the American Voter and  a crisis on every corner,  the Obama administration hopes to beat the morale of the American voter into submission.  With a submissive population,  Obama will be able to push into law legislations that will change the American Constitution and way of life. It is not an accident that the Administration has taken this course,  it was their intent from the very beginning.   It was Obama's intent from the very beginning.  Before the constitution is totally stripped from the first amendment down,  every American citizen should be warned that the freedom that Americans enjoy today will be gone with the next crisis.  Speak up before it is too late.

Protecting the American Dream from Doom

Our generation,  this generation has an awesome task laid out before us.  It is to protect the American Dream from those in Washington who wish to destroy it, little by little.  It is disappearing before our eyes and now President Obama is placing the American Dream on the fast track to death row.  Talk about your mean country.   This administration plans on killing the dreams of  America in order to control the soul of America.  In hostage situations, the tormentors always go for what their victims love most, and strip it away in small steps.  To the point where their victims no longer care about anything or anyone,  not even themselves.  Their pride,  hope and meaning in their life is gone, and the tormentors have their prize.  A beaten victim who willingly obeys their every command, even to the point of death.  This is the strategic plan for the current administration.  This was the plan in concentration and POW camps in World War II.  Yes,  Nazism, Fascism and Communism have made  their home in the capital of the United States under the guise of liberalism. 
What the current administration hopes that the public will forget, is how the middle class actually was formed.  Here's a refresher course for all those who have forgotten.  The middle class was formed from great companies like Ford,  GM,  General Electric and Microsoft.  It was formed from the notion that if a person had talent, wanted to work hard and make something of themselves,  their efforts would be rewarded.   Some made fortunes working for the big corporations and moving up the ladder.  Others, made a name for themselves and forged new trails for others to follow.  Either way, it was capitalism that created the wealth that Americans take for granted now.  For this reason,  America became the land of opportunity.  The place where the good life was attainable for everyone, if they were willing to work. Is capitalism perfect?  No,  nothing is perfect in this world. Let's take a step back for one moment,  does this mean that everyone who tried to reach the brass ring, got it ?  No.  Sometimes,  capitalism can make some people losers,  but that does not mean that capitalism is a failure.  Rather,  it is a filter which keeps in the good ideas and let's go of the bad.  It is a much better system of producing winners and losers than having the Government decide.  Government has never been the answer to prosperity.  It is almost always on the side of greed and spending at the expense of others.  
Why is it that capitalism is the one to blame for the economic mess.  Washington has to blame someone,  why not big business?  Seriously, for all the grand standing that the elitist in Washington do,  it would make one think that they are as saintly as angels.  However,  it is not the CEO in their corporate jets who are greedy and want something for nothing.  It is the Congressman and Senators who are guilty of that charge.   Dare we say,  even President Obama is guilty of this, for he stated himself, he wants to spread the wealth around.  Translation:  Take money from producers and give it to non-producers such as  government agencies. To name a few example of how deep the greedy fingers go into the taxpayers pocket, Senator Chris Dodd is a fine example of a Senator who uses his position to receive  "perks".  Countrywide gave Senator Dodd a sweetheart VIP loan that saved the Senator roughly about $75,000 on home loans on his residences. No doubt they are not the typical three bedroom ranch that most Americans own.   This does not smell of a quid-pro-quo deal, does it?  After all, Countrywide and Bank of America really wanted a  deal in the form of  a government bailout, part I.  Who better to have on your side then someone you have helped?  Senator Dodd time to call in a favor. 
Infamous Barney Frank is no angel either, but he portrays a homosexual one in congress.  His involvement in the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae debacle is enough to make a grown man cry. For years, to protect his "turf" and votes,  Frank declared  that everything was fine with Freddie and Fannie,  there was "no financial crisis"  Yet, when it all fell apart, Frank's fingers began pointing at President Bush for failing to do anything about the situation.  Frank does not want to take the blame for a failure that he created yet,  he wants recognition for his tough standings on he issue.  Barney Frank is  the picture of Greed.  Grabbing power, grabbing money and grabbing votes which will benefit no one else but himself. 
There are   too many instances of greed in congress that to name  them all would take up the entire space on  the Internet.  It can be safely said that greed is not wanting to make a product and profit from it.  Greed is doing anything to protect ones own pockets and interest.  Even if it is to the point of destroying someone else.    This is the state of our current government.  They have begun to tear down the American Dream.  For them,  the dream is socialism, liberalism and total control.   Our generations needs to rise up and demand that this does not happen on our watch.   Washington elites  will not steal the American dream out from under our noses.  If they take it, it should not be given up without a fight.   Fight we must! 
Average Americans citizens are starting to take notice of who in Washington is working on behalf of our  interests and who are not.  They are contacting their Congressmen and Senators to have  their voices of descent heard.  They are tuning into programs like Limbaugh, Hannity and Bill Bennett, to name a few, to find the truth of what is going on in the hallowed halls of Congress.  These fine men can only do so much.  It will need to be a bold act from Average Americans to stop Obama and the Democrats from turning this country inside out.  Didn't average men like Adams, Washington, Franklin all stand up against a Monarchy and won?   It needs to happen again,  but this generation will say that we stood up against liberalism and won.

Pelosi meets the Pope

This ought to be a good one!  Let's see if  Rep.  Nancy Pelosi can pull off deep theological and philosophical discussions with Pope Benedict XVI.  It would be very interesting to see if she can explain how she came to he conclusion that the Church Doctors have never come up with the definition of when life began.  She can't.  She can't even explain her own bill,  which  is why she rammed it in Congress.  Wonder how nice of a jet Ms. Pelosi will be traveling on?   One would not think that Ms. Pelosi would ever consider flying coach.  Wonder who else is getting a free ride to Europe at taxpayers' expense?   It is the hope and dream of every conservative Catholic that His Holiness will put Pelosi in her place and then excommunicate her from the Church.  Yes, it sounds harsh, but it is necessary because she claims to be an authority what the Church teaches. This is not a case.  She is a Catholic in name only.   This woman knows about as much about Catholic Doctrine as she does on how to compromise.   Every Catholic knows the position on Abortion in the church is staunch.  No abortion.  No murder.  Life begins at conception.  It has always been clear on that moral ground.  Nancy Pelosi simply is trying to be Queen Henry VIII and have the church see it her way.  The Italians want to give her an award, which may mean that they lack common sense or this is a joke on the American public.  Come to think of it,  Pelosi is a joke that has been forced upon the American Public!   Shame on the people of San Francisco for making the rest of America suffer with such an inept leader as Pelosi.

Help! The Government is Stimulating my wallet!

And not in a good way either.  As President Obama and his minions trot out this wonderful plan that will get the country back on it's feet in 2013,  voters are wondering, "Did I sign up for this?   Yes,  all the voters who hoped for change have gotten their wish.  There is change big time,  The government is shaking it out of our wallets and into their hands.   Shall we take a look at the plan that the Senate and House has agreed on?  What does $798 trillion dollars buys us these days? 
New schools.  Wonderful!  Property taxes should cover this cost, but I guess it is not enough.  So the Federal government has taken over responsibility for this.  Perhaps the local government of each community would like to rebate their citizens for money that was collected for their schools.  While the rest of country who are not getting new schools will have to  pay for our local schools AND the schools in Chicago.   Talk about getting hit on both sides.
New Roads and bridges.  Again,  taxpayers are hit twice for projects that the state collects through property taxes and gas tax.  Where does all this money go?  How can we be sure that the extra funds will be applied where they are suppose to and not lining the pockets of some Washington Big Shot.   In Michigan, there are so many pot holes on the roads that the cars may soon disappear into them.  Especially the hybrid cars,  they could be swallowed whole and be a nice coffin for the passengers.  At least with an SUV there might be a chance to be found before it was too late.   Granholm has raised taxes, yet the roads are in a constant state of disrepair.  Again... where does the money go? 
STD Prevention and family planning.  Obama might have told Pelosi to take it out but none of the Senators who have actually voted on this debacle have said they read the whole 800 pages.   Who's to say that it is not in fine print?  It probably is but let's remember that this is suppose to be a transparent government.  That is why they did everything behind closed doors.  Making deals left and left, without once listening to the growing number of voters who are fed up with their plans.  They've come to an agreement, good for them.  Disaster for us! 
A new healthcare administration that will make people want to dig their own grave,  With a new Healthcare czar the Administration will seize hold of everyone's medical records and commence to make medical decisions for you.  The unworthy taxpayer who pays for this through the nose but yet does not have a say in their healthcare.   In high school,   it was fascinating to hear how the people in Communist Russia lived.  The thought often came  through my head, "How can people live like that and take it?"  We are about to find out!   Come to think of it, has anyone noticed that the Administration have stopped using the word Czar?  Could it be that they are worried that the public would catch onto their socialist, communist agenda? 
ACORN.  There isn't much more to say here.  The political activist group who were monumental in getting this President elected by any means possible, is getting a nice payback.  How they will stimulate the economy?  They won't.  However, they will do their best to keep the Democrats in power and may even work towards the goal of ending free elections.  Don't think the current Administration would want that?  
Tax rebate for non paying taxpayers.   Would this include Daschle and Geither?   Are they eligible for welfare?  This is another scam to pay off voters.  What is most offensive about this is that it is so blatantly obvious that they are BUYING  votes with taxpayers dollars.  This proves that most of the Senate and Congress are corrupt, all the way to the top of the chain of command. 
As every American workers' wallets are being stimulated,  the Democrats in Washington are grinning from ear to ear.  This is their payday.   My wallet can't take much more stimulation.  There is barely enough to pay the bills, buy clothes and put food on the table.  Michigan has been hit hard, and now  the rest of the country is following.  What next?   Here's an idea,  try stimulating the economy by cutting taxes,  encourage businesses to reinvest in America by taking away restrictions and lowering corporate taxes.  For all the dictators in Washington, now is the time to  believe in the talent and strength of the American people instead of denying the freedom of its citizens to find their own happiness.  The greatness of this country lies in the people not in the government.  Get over yourselves,  get out of the way and let capitalism do what it does best.  CREATE PROSPERITY.
