The Obama Administration continues to spin the truth about the economy and unemployment.  Regardless of where you stand politically, the reality is that the recession is not over, nor will it be over in the near future and the current administration is doing nothing to reverse the downward spiral.  Obama likes to play the game of illusions.  However, even a magician knows that if you stay before your audience for too long,  they find your secrets.  The magic is no longer fascinating.  The truth about lies is that in order to sustain a lie,  it must have a little speck of truth in it in order to keep spinning it into a new story. 

November 2009  unemployment is at 10.0%  according to the Bureau of labor Statistics.  What was Obama’s response?  “Let’s have a job summit”  Where the brilliant observation was made that the onus of job creation rests with the private sector.  Wow!  Anyone taking a Economics course in college could have come up with that one.   .  Obama can talk all he likes about where he believes jobs should be created.  The reality that he does not want anyone to know is the number of new employee of the United States government.  In January 2009,   the government added 31, 000 new jobs while the private sector continues to struggle.  More Americans are losing jobs, struggling to make ends meet and the President lectures on job creation.  In an odd way, he is telling the private sector to follow the government lead in hiring new personnel.  However,  the small businesses of America do not have a handy money printing machine that they  can just switch on when the money starts to dry up.  Mr. Obama has proven he not only has one of those nifty machines,  he knows how to turn the switch it on and off.  Come to think of it, it’s almost like a teleprompter. 

The nugget of truth in Obama’s statement turns into a lie when his actions reverses the incentives for  small businesses to hire people.  What is the government doing to help the confidence of small businesses to grow?  Nothing.  In fact, they are creating more fear with agendas such as tax and cap,  healthcare reform, and generally trying to spend their way out of a recession.  It is absolute madness, and the American people are starting to see that the man how made the promises of hope and change is quite like the Wizard of  Oz.  If someone pulls back the curtain on the “image” of the President who would be savior, there would stand a human being who isn’t so grand at all. He’s just  someone who wants power and control.  

The illusion of grandeur must continue for Obama to achieve this destructive path that America is taking daily. Each time there are new numbers about the economy,  it will be delivered as “it’s not as bad as we thought” or “the unemployment numbers have gone down, but that’s because people have stopped collecting unemployment and  have given up.”  Sooner or later, the lie can not stand on its own.  Obama will have to come up with something to divert the citizen’s attention to some program or handout that might when back his popularity.  With how his numbers are dropping, it better be really spectacular.   Even Obama may have trouble pulling that off. 

  How long will it be when the proverbial “other shoe” drops and cities start to close down services because property taxes are not being paid?  This economy can no longer be described as a spiral downward.  It would be more accurate to say it is in a free fall.   In all the political commentary, no one has addressed how to stop this administration from the reckless course they are taking.   The only ideas batted about are the elections of 2010 and 2012.  While it is true,  this is a golden opportunity for Republicans to gain seats,  it is more imperative that actions be taken now to stop this nonsense.  When the President of the United States is smug enough to fly over peaceful demonstrators who oppose his healthcare reform  in order to give a speech to admiring fans who accept every word  he says, than it is time to do something immediately.  impeachment is not the answer but finding ways to take away his power is better.  

Time to unplug the teleprompter.  With every lie that President Obama spews, the truth has to come out ten times louder.  Controlling the media and news is crucial. The Mainstream Media has shown to often who they are siding with and what information will be doled out to their audience.  As educated citizens, it is important to remember Regains words, “Trust but verify.”  Read, listen to every point of view, and verify the sources.  It is only then  that being armed with the truth will the lies lose  their effect on Americans.  It also gives the citizens the confidence to fight back and say “NO.” to ridiculous spending, taxes and programs. 

The Internet is a wonderful tool to put the information out into the hands of average citizens.  The real test of getting information out is the use of other media, such as television, radio and print.  Isn’t it amazing that conservative books are selling like hot cakes now?  How about Fox News?   It really is not a big surprise that their ratings top all the other cable news shows.  The phenomenon of talk radio began in the 80’s when everyone thought it was a stupid venture.  Why does congress want to shut the airwaves down with the Fairness Doctrine?  Truth is the antidote to the cancer of lies.   

It’s time to take up the mighty pen to stab out the monster of economic mess that Americans are experiencing.  While it is true, not everyone can have a best selling book, do a news show or talk on the radio.  However, writing to Representatives and Senators is a start in being heard.  Talk to neighbors, family members or anyone who wants to engage in meaningful debate.  It is in the arena of ideas that problems are faced and  sometimes fixed.  The shame of being conservative should be over and should anyone need a course on how to be openly conservative,  listen to Hannity, Beck, Levin and Limbaugh.  

It’s also  time to teach Democrats that citizens don’t need  the government to rescue them.  However,  it is the government that will need citizens to come to the rescue to save the country.  First mission,  stop the spending.  Second mission, stimulate the economy the right way.  Third mission,  elect  people who are worthy of the voters trust.  Anyone game? 

Another boring lesson from Presdinet “Professor/Community Activist” Obama.  It did little for the Presidnet’s case to add in a history lesson on how the Afghanistan conflict began.  Even less helpful was his small but obligatory slam against his predessor.   However, last night President Obama said some surprising statements but in the end it is the same old rheoric that has come out of the White House since he took office.  His tidy little speech on the war can be summed up in one sentence: “It’s not my fault but Bush got us in here so I have to get us out.”   

As President Obama began his speech, he touched on the Attack on 9/11.  That was both shocking and hypicritical.  Shocking that he would utter the words that America acted with military strength after the attack on 9/11. According to him and his left-wing base,  America should not have done anything after the attack.  As a matter of fact, grieve for those who died and move on was their attitude.  Hypicritical because admitting that it was an attack with a military response from our government makes what the terrorists did an act of war.  Which calls to mind that the President and his Attorney General are now bringing these terrorists to New York for a Civil Trial.  Mr. President,  you just admitted that what these thugs did was an act of war, why are they being tried in civilian court? 

The “it’s not my fault momment” came when Obama stated from the beginning of his presidency he did what needed to be done in Afghanastan becasue the previous administration ignored the requests for more troops in the area.  He corrected that.  While it is true, that the former administration’s attention were focused on Iraq, the idea that  Obama’s sent in more troops becasue Bush wouldn’t is in a technical sense a lie.  If anything,  the previous administration’s attempt to root out the Taliban has been hampered by Pakistan, who is giving safe harbor to the Taliban.  Not to mention, a war weary public and Congress.  Obama continues on with the white lie by stating that he has carfully weighed his options in Afghanistan, not wanting to rush into a decision.  Shocking that he is willing to committ more troops when America is still war weary.  However, he has no choice in this matter.  Even a four year old with army men knows that to win the war, more is better.  Obama has tried to stay away from war issues because of his base.  Now, he can’t ignore them since the news of McCrystal asking for more troops became public debate.  While blaming he previous adminsitration for ignoring the problems in Afghanistan, did Obama not do the same thing?   He sent more troops and figured that was all he needed to do.  Nothing more.  Nothing less.  Hypocrisy at its best!  Obama doesn’t want to be bothered with war issues.  He’s too busy reshaping America into a socialsit country.  When McCrystal began asking for more troops, Obama’s response was first to ignore the request, then it was to ponder on the request, while consulting with everyone else but the commander.  Which leads into the end of the conflict not the victory of the conflict.  Obama brought up the imagry of Vietnam, stating that Afghanistan is not like that war.  Once again Vietnam is brought up not as a weapon this time, but a shield.  Vietnam is always used as tool to discredit any Republican president when it comes to Foregin Policy and military decisions.  However,  Obama brings up the “v” word as a shield that should protect him from all criticism which point to him as being a poor, indecisive commander in chief.  In his eyes,  it wasn’t the victory that America should have sought out in Vietnam, it was a conclusion.  By invoking the mistakes of Vietnam,  Obama is essentially saying Afghanistan will be a better loss than Vietnam.  There will be a conclusion to the war this time, but just as in forty years ago, America is not seeking victory.  The date is circled in red on Obama’s calendar come hell or high water, America is out of there. While it is not shocking that Obama would use a time table to determine when to leave.  It is  hypocritical to say that Afghanastan will be different from the stand point that the strategy is to admit we seek a conclusion not necessarily a victory. 

In essence the plan for Afghanistan is to go after the Taliban and Al Qaida.  Obama has finally seen the light that these terrorist must be brought to justice.  The only concern here is what type of justice.  For  years,  the Bush Administrtion was hammered on the fact that Bin Laden was still free.   There was even a belief that Bush had Bin Laden but was waiting in some jail cell for an Octorber surpise  in order to win reelecton.  That didn’t happen.  Yet,  here is Obama essentially saying all the things that Bush said years ago.  Stopping the Taliban and  Al Qaida is a top priority.  However, it seems as though the charming world leader did a back step.  While acknowledging that the Taliban has done much to undermine the Afghanastan government,  he suggested their could be an opporunity for non violent members of Taliban to be a part of the Afghanistan government.  Shocking!  Why would the President of the United States tell another government who should be invited to participate in their government?  Secondly,  has anyone heard of a nonviolent Taliban movement?   That is similar to saying that there are nonviolent PLO  leaders who seek peace and love for everyone in Israel.  In one swift move,  Obama shows his hypocrisy again as he tries to side with the more “moderate” of the Taliban yet wants to be tough on terrorists

In the end, the most shocking element of Obama’s speech was not so much everything he said, but where he said it.  At West Point Accademy, not from the Oval Office.  This speech should have been Presidential yet Obama tried to appear as though he blends in with the military.  In the end, this action spells out hypocrisy.  Obama needs to look and behave like a president.  Instead he counting on the “image” to see him through Afghanistan.  It is no secret that Obama is not a fan of the military,   Staging this speech at West Point is beyound pandering, its hypocritical.  As a matter of fact,  his entire presdency is shocking and hypicricial.   It might have been better to watch  Charlie Brown figure out the true meaning of Christams  than to listen to the President try to figure out the meaning of ending the conflict in Afghanistan.  

Hoyer wants to call last night's vote on Health care reform bipartisan.  Well,  here is the story of the one Republican who voted for it and the thirty-nine Democrats who voted against it.  If this is partisan vote,  it would seem that the Republicans who voted against the bill had more of a bipartisan showing than Hoyer would like to admit.  After all the Republicans were able to get thirty-eight more votes to agree with their point of view.   As a matter of fact to win the vote by only five tells Americans one thing:  the leadership in Congress is ignorant and arrogant.  Two characteristics that spell disaster for our country. 

To condense the 2,000 pages of legalize double-talk into terms that middle America can understand it only takes two words: More TAXES.  What the brilliant, using the term loosely here,  architects of this legislation refuse to understand is that Americans are not that easy to fool.     The Democrats refuse to tell the truth about what the bill actually details.  At one point Americans were promised that they can keep current insurance if you like it.  Now,  it's a definite move to making sure everyone get's onto the government's plan.  It will cut costs but yet we will cover more people.  In what universe does this math add up?  The leadership can never answer the question of where the money will come from to support this program.  They can't speak the truth because they know that no one wants to hear that they will ahve to pay more taxes.  Not to worry,  the government will be able to cut costs by deciding who will be eligible for treatments.   The old and the terminally ill will not have a voice.  They will be silenced.  Which will  result in a different, more horrifying  holocaust than Hitler's murderous plans.    For those who are dealing with elderly parents or handicapped children this is a nightmare.  

It's Halloween, perhaps the most scariest night of  the year.  This year the normal things that go bump in the night won't scare most trick or treaters After all,  when the most liberal administration in United States history has begun to reshape America brick by brick,  what could be scarier than that?  On a side note, let's pray nothing ever happens to Obama,  things will get scarier with a President Biden.  The thought is enough to send chills up and down one's spine.   Come to think of it,  it has been like a bad Halloween movie for Michiganders for the past eight years.  No, not due to Bush's incompetence,  rather  Granholm's  costume "Blond Barbie  Goes to Lansing pant suit" as Michigan Governor.   Enough about Michigan's incompetent Governor.  The real issue here is how to put a stake in all liberal's heart by putting a stop to the socialist programs that will ruin America.

Not to get giddy or over excited about the recent trends in polling, but it looks as though the conservative movement has finally caught some momentum.  The Tea Parties were successful in energizing the public with information on what could be done to stop the Administration for taking over the health care industries.  Talk radio and Fox News have never been more popular as they are now and the Internet is turning into a powerful engine to provide information directly to the people, bypassing the media, the White House and Congress.  The true losers of the Information Age are liberals and their agenda.  The winners are conservatives who longed for information that was factual, reliable and useful.   MSNBC, CNN and their cronies will never understand how their base is shrinking.   Viewers have found that they can no longer trust the news anchors of today,  they just don't make journalists like Walter Cronkite anymore.  (As a side note,  it can be debated that Cronkite was liberal.  However, it is fair to say that he kept his opinions out of the news reports to the point where viewers at least felt they could trust him.)   As stated earlier,   conservatives should not become giddy over this turn in American history.  It is much too early in the "game" to declare a victory.  This next year will be the test as to how strong the resolve is for Conservatives to win the battle. 

Looking at the slate of new bills, programs and taxes the liberals are proposing in Washington D.C. is mind boggling.  It is an amazing thing to watch the Democrats come up with new ways of taxing middle class citizens.  In every bill proposed, whether it deals with health care, cap and trade,  national security, or  climate control, there is a huge bill attached with the tax payer's name on it.   At a time when the economy is in the tank,  liberals are scrambling for ways of  increasing taxes to pay for their wonderful  everyone is equal in Obama eyes' legislation.  Not one of these programs will do anything to boost the economy.  Not one of them will give a laid off GM employee back their job.  Not one of them will make America a better place.  However, we will all be the poorer for them.   Don't lose sight of the goal:  Kick liberals out of Congress and get America back on the right track of financial success.   There will be several key elections to watch this Tuesday which may be the beginning of  sending the old guard packing.  Obama's team are worried, as they should be.

Win or lose on Tuesday,  conservatives should be on their toes.  With the scare that the White House is getting in Virginia, New Jersey and New York,  it is without a doubt that efforts will be doubled to pass legislation before the bigger elections in 2010.  The RNC had better begin to listen for conservative voices and follow them.  American politics has always been a two party system, and it will remain that way.  The only change that may be on the horizon,  is that the Republican party as it stands now, will either have to change their strategy to reflect conservative values or be pushed in with the Democrats while conservatives of the party reform the RNC into a new political group.  For proof of this,  look at the New York Congressional race with Doug Hoffman, a conservative who pushed out the RNC backed Scozzafava days before the election.    Michael Steele,  are you listening?  Are you watching?  Will you be bold enough to stand for conservative principals? 

The new mantra for the Conservative politicians and candidates should be 'CUT AND CREATE."   That is to say cut taxes and create opportunites for job growth.  It is as simple as two plus two equals four.  For liberals it is all about fuzzy math.  For conservatives it is all about what is the real outcome.  For example,  the administration must be drinking more than kool aid when they come out on Friday to say that all is well with the economy and to prove it, the Administration has saved 650,000 jobs.  Seriously,  with unemployment at 9.8 %, which equals to millions being out of work,  Obama wants voters to believe he has saved jobs.  For families who have lost their income,  it is doubtful that this news is comforting.  For those who have intelligence to read between the lines of this latest spin,  this is insulting.  Why hasn't anyone in the media asked the all important question: So you saved jobs.   What will you do besides extend unemployment benefits to get America working again?  Don't ask the government, they never have good ideas.   Novel idea:  cut taxes to businesses to spur job creation. 

 It's time to become aggressive against liberals and their agenda.  In 1994,  the Republicans stood up to Clinton and won.  Time to do it again,  with a different twist.  This time,  it is important to not only to win but dominate the political field.  Never surrender.   Never back down.  Most importantly, never ever let liberals win.

There can be no doubt as to why Obama won the Noble Prize now.  He has in so many words given his support to climate control and the global redistribution of wealth.  Like a good little lap dog of the United Nations,  our President,  Barack Hussein Obama is prepared to sign a treaty this December in Copenhagen which will silently give away America's soverency.  Why shouldn't he?  Too many people in America oppose him,  the world at least loves him and the next step is President of the World.  As he hears it from realiable sources,  the same ones who told him Chicago was "gold" for the Olympics, he is a shoe in for the job.  This is way too easy for Barry.  Hasn't even done a darn thing and yet getting all the accolades!

Lord Christopher Monckton's speech on October 14th details specifically how the climate control agenda has in it's sight to have communism rule over every country,  including America.  The alarming fact is that this being done under our noses and with such audacity that one would have to believe that Monckton is making the whole thing up.  He is not!   Looking at the agenda proposed,  there is no way of escaping the undeniable truth.  Obama and his communist idols are going to make the U.S. and the west pay for damaging the planet.  He will sign away our rights and render the Constitution useless.  This should not be surprising since he has always held disdain for the document and felt it didn't allow the government enough room to do more to it's citizen.

If these allegations are false.  Then the Obama Administration should set the record straight.  The sad fact is, they can't set the record straight.  For if they did, they would have to admit that Lord Monckton is right in his assessment.   The facts speak for themselves, since Obama has been in office his agenda has attempted to change America, for the worse.  Unemployment is up,  spending is up and foreclosures are up.  Yet, amazingly there are those who will defend the man to the ends of the earth.  Overlooking the obvious.   If no one stops Obama in December,  the lamp that the Statue of Liberty has held for the tired, the poor,  and the  huddled masses yearning to breathe free will be extinguished forever.  If Obama signs the treaty, he will commit treason.  Are there any leaders out there who is willing to call the President on this and demand his resignation?

      It is eye-opening to learn who the favorite political philosophers are on the left.  Anita Dunn, who is by no means a brilliant mind in her own right and is now the White House Communications Director,  calmly stated in a speech on June 5, of this year that her two favorite poltical philosophers were Mao Tse Tung and Mother Teresa.  Before even going down the road of what do these two historical figures have in common,  one has got to ask Ms. Dunn,  How did she ever come to the conclusion that Mother Teresa was a political philosopher?   Mother Teresa hated politics and her philosophy was religious not political.  Frankly, like all liberals ,  Ms. Dunn bends the truth to fit her own agenda and needs.   However,  that's not what is so distrubing about Ms. Dunn's statement.  What is disturbing is that without hesitation she admits to admiring a radical ideology of the far left.  One can assume that the only reason she used Mother Teresa's name and quote was to take the edge off of her admiration for a Chinese Dictator who killed 70,000 of his own people.  

Taking a brief look at Mao Tse Tung,  one has to wonder what is it that inspires the left so much?  Is it the fact that he took over China's government when so many were resisting his ascent to power?  Is it the fact that under his rule of law, The Great Leap,  a huge portion of the population of China died?  Or could it be he demonstrated how to blame others effectively for the mistakes of a dictator?   Actually,  it isn't any of these things that inspires them.  Chairman Mao sits along side of all the failed dictators such as Stalin, Lenin and Hitler.  The perfect guest list for a dinner party at a radical leftist's home  would be to bring back the old dictators for one night in order to sit at their knees and listen with awe on how they  come to power and stayed there.  Well, that is until the people of the country revolted against the communists ideal.  That's when the fun really started!  Kill as many of the rebels possible before going down yourself.  Ah,   the glory days.   Mao Tse Tung inspires the left because he makes them feel intellectually superior to the average "citizen" because the simple minded can not grasp or comprehend the power of socialism.  They would have made perfect henchmen for the likes of Chairman Mao, Stalin and Lenin.  Come to think of it,  they are perfect henchmen for the most socialist president the nation has ever known.  Their dreams are being fulfilled. 

Back to Ms. Dunn's favorite quote of Mao Tse Tung.  In her speech to the high school students,  she quoted the ambitious Chairman as saying, "I'll fight my wars.  You fight yours." This was at the point in China's history when Mao Tse Tung  was coming to power and preparing to win over control.  The odds were against him, but he fought his war and won.  How wonderful for China!  For twenty-five years the people of China suffered under his regime. No jobs.  No food.  No medical care.  Just the kind of place anyone would want to raise their family.  Yet, he did it his way.  He found a path that fit for him and high schoolers should learn that they too must pave their own way.  When asked about this quote,  Ms. Dunn said she was only joking when she used Chairman Mao words.  Weird.  The audience must not have gotten the joke, because not a single person laughed.  Yes, there were a few nervous chuckles when she mentioned that Mao Tse Tung and Mother Teresa are never quoted together. The joke ended there.  Her main point was that there is inspiration in fighting your own war.  That it is more important is winning for your own good instead of what is best for the country.  Push the socialist agenda until the citizens are beaten into submission.  This is what Tung did.  This is the liberal's dream.  We can only hope that the young minds in the audience were thinking,   "I will fight my war against Obama's socialist plan."  If they weren't and they bought this propaganda speech,  it is a sad sad day for America's future.

A brief comment on the Mother Teresa's quote, "Find your own Calcutta."  If Ms. Dunn had done any research on the topic she may have found the meaning behind Mother Teresa's words. Her mission was to take care of the sick and dying, and lost children of Calcutta, not inspire the world to find their own path.   Her words to the young girl were meant to remind her that she did not need to come to Calcutta,  just like every other rich or famous perosn does, in order to "show" how wonderful a human being she was. Mother Teresa's words were a stark reminder that it was better to  serve  humanity in another part of the world that is often forgotten.  Ms.  Dunn completely missed that lesson, but then again,  she was only using the name of Mother Teresa,  it is doubtful that she actually believed in anything Mother Teresa said or did. 

There are  many heroes that Anita Dunn could have chosen to quote.  Albert Einstein,  Abraham Lincoln or the resilient Helen Keller. These historic figures fought many personal battles that lead them to find greatness in themselves, which in turn,  made the world a better place.  That can not be said of Mao Tse Tung.  The fact that she chooses a dictator underscores the philosophy of  today's radical liberals, which they wish to hide.  They are not moderates,  they are not compromising and they are not giving up because they want total control.   The people who have surrounded the president have given Americans much to be concerned about.   How could one not worry about the judgement of the President when one radical after another keeps popping up next to him?  These are surely dark days for America. 

In 1964 a remarkable man was given the Nobel Peace Prize.  It was an honor that he never dreamed of getting, yet he fully deserved the prestigious award.  He called upon his countrymen to look at themselves and see that the land that they so dearly loved did not always live up to it's promises.  This man challenged the system which kept the blinders on all people,   creating division, mistrust and ignorance.  He changed a nation.  He changed the world.  He changed the dream for humanity.  Simply put,  he brought people together to see that deep down we are all the same.  Every human being wants the best for his family,  wants the best opportunities to succeed and wants to see the best in each other.  Martin Luther King Jr. was the picture of grace, peace and unity.  He was a worthy recipient of the prize.  

It's close to  nine months since Obama has taken office, and what a difference it has been since the Bush years.  They are so complete opposite that it seems like black and white, or night and day.  Unfortunately,  it would be considered racist to say black and white, perhaps even night and day is racist.  Who knows?  The rules for what is the wrong thing to say and do are ever changing with the liberals.   Let's face it, before the election it was considered a crime to mention Barry's middle name.  Now, school children are sing his praises:  Mm Mm Mm,  Barack Hussein Obama.  Catchy tune, huh?   Here is a count down of nine important ways that America has drastically changed since the election of Obama.  In light of recent trends that this column does not want to appear racist,  it is similar to comparing the differences between cats and dogs. 

For the love of Our country,  it is time that people wake up and smell the stink bomb that was detonated when Obama was elected and is now affecting every state in the Union.  Yes, even those 34 states whose unemployment rates has not gone over 10 percent. Regardless of what Larry Summers says,  there is no indication that the economy is turning around.  Spout all he want that the jobless rate always lags behind when going through a recession is a nice spin on an old lie.  However,  that is a discussion for later.  What really is the problem in America now are the citizens who are walking around saying that Obama is okay.  They like him, and well golly, shouldn't we just give him a chance?  When should we stop giving the Brother a chance and rally against what he is doing?  When the bank accounts are dried up?  When people are so poor that healthcare won't be a blessing, it will be a curse? When owning an "environmentally safe" car won't even matter because people can't fill the tanks anyways?  When taxes are higher and 90% of  the paychecks go to the government?  Well,  it's been nine months and Obama has unraveled most of the economy to the point that America no longer is the land of hopes and dreams.  It is more like heartache and despair.  He no longer deserves a chance.  He deserves to be impeached. 

It is about time that someone begins calling out the liberals on their hypocrisy.  It is a waste of Congress' time to be voting on a resolution to censure Rep Joe Wilson.  It is a surprise that they would even consider doing this since they are on the road of destroying America.   This must be their "recess" where they get to have  a little sport to break up the boring day to day grind of restructuring the government,  banks,  corporations and health care.  Boy, they do have  a lot on their plates!  If the Democrats in congress are going to make a hay day out of Wilson's comment, for which he has apologized to the President,  it is only fair to go after their indiscretions and bad behavior.  Here's the list so far. 

Nancy Pelosi likes to call the CIA liars because she can't remember what she supported and it makes her look good to her constituents.  Who happen to be the nut cases from San Fransico.  We all know the types,  the gay lobbyists  the environmentalists, the anti-war and anti-Bush people who still believe that 9/11 was a set up.  In her own words Pelosi denounces the CIA for misleading her and other lawmakers on the use of the techniques used by the CIA against combative terrorists. "We were told that waterboarding was not being used.  That's the only mention, that they were not using it. And we now know that earlier they were."    Pelosi knew how long the CIA was using water boarding because she went along with the practice.  As soon as it is not good for her politically to do so, she lies her way through a press conference to get the blame off of her.  Amazing to see what one will do for power!  She has not issued an apology yet on the matter.  We shouldn't hold our breaths,  it's not coming. 

Good old Murtha is good for a lie or two when he is accused the United States Marine  of murder.  His exact quote on Good Morning America back in May of 2006 "United States Marines of killing . . . innocent civilians in cold blood" and accused higher military officers of covering up murder.  It's a shame that the fine citizens of Pennsylvania do not have a Military Veteran representing them.  Oh, wait, Jack Murtha is a Vet.  One who  behaves as if it is a crime to serve in the Military.   As of June 17, 2008, six defendants had their cases dropped and one was found not guilty.  To date, there has been no apologies to the men who were accused.  What a disgraceful act of arrogance on the part of Murtha. 

President Barack Obama apologizes when it seems to be appropriate by his standards.  For example in France he stated,    “In America, there’s a failrue to appreciate Europes leading role in the world.  Instead of celebrting your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to met common challenges, there have been times where America has shown arrogance and been dismmisve, even derisive.”  That’s right , blame American for becoming successful.  Blame America the country that is always defendin freedom, not only on our soil but everywhere in the world.  Blame the counry tht is hte first to respond in times of cirsis and disaster.   By the way, Mr. Obama the same counry that you are disgusted with, is your Country,  Or is it?  It does cause some concern about where his loyalty lies if our country should be under attack again. 

This should make some liberals happy.  At least we can say that Obama can make an apology.  To bad it’s for American instead of to America.

Is it crazy to believe that the public school system is indoctrinating a generation of drones, who are  the future of our country?  Is it crazy to believe that i parents who do not agree with the Presdient’s agenda might be turend in by the School districts ?  Worse yet,  will children be instructed to tattle on Mom and Dad if they say anti-Obama statements?  Don't panic this is not the lunatic rants of a right-wing extremist.  These are the concerns of an American Citizen who has studied history enough to know we are going down a very slippery path. 

Every dictator has their own method of controlling the population, but the basic blueprint has always been flowery rhetoric, finding a scapegoat,  re-education of  the young and silencing the opposition.  Obama's administration is just following the script that has been used by the communist, socialists,  marxists and statists for years!   No this is not the rants of someone who has lost a grip with reality.  Just the opposite.  The reality is that the hard wok that our forefathers put into in creating a government free of tryanny is now going down the drain.  

This realization came to mind when it was announced that Obama will be speaking to children across the nation on September 8th, in an attempt to have chidlren think about how they can be of “service” to Barack Obama, the enlightened Preseident.  Or is he?  First,  to view the I Pledge! video go to www.youtube.com.  This four minute video is strickly a leftist propaganda video..  Who better to present the left side of life than the folks from Hollyweird themselves.  Things covered are global warming,  unicef, healthcare  mixed in with pledging to smile, love and be a better person.  Once again,  bring in the warm and fuzzy feelings and anyone who dares to agrue against it must be heartless.  Right?  Sorry, but this game plan has be used since the 30’s if not earlier.  However what makes this worrisome is that as an adult, logic can be used to deduce how the video is playing on emotion.  For children,  it is all about emotion.  Children can not see between the lines to see that they are being played.  What chidlren want to do is help and please grown ups.  So who better to please than the President of the United States?  

Towards the end of this video,  we hear the words “change, change, change” and “pledge, pledge pledge,”  Who knew that Obama can do a remix of his past campaign hit.  This is not the hope and change that parents were hoping for in our Country.  Perhaps what they wanted were schools that would instruct their chidlren in math and science in order that they could become doctors or engineers.  P erhaps, they thought that good solid American History lessons would be in order so that tomorrow’s leaders will not be making the same mistakes as today’s leaders.  Gee,  it might also be nice if they learned about English grammar  and the literature that shaped the ideas of the western society.  Too bad that is not in Obama’s plan.  He wants to have his own “Obama’s Youth.” 

Don’t think that this is a joking matter.  On YouTube there is another distrubing video entiled BARACK OBAMA KIDS AND HITLER YOUTH SING FOR THEIR LEADER.  The video begins with a sweet little girl singing how Obama is going to lead , change and rearrange it., meaning our coutnry.  The song itself is  very upbeat and inspirational, leading to the chants “Yes, we can.”   Now, keep in mind that in debating when making comparisons between two  people,  the comparisons must not be over exaggerated and they must be valid.  This video accomplishes both, demonstrating that the fears of Obama’s Youth is not that far off the mark.  The image of Germany’s chidlren singing about the virture of folliwng Hitler is chilling.  Just as chilling as hearing a little girl singing happily “we are going to change it,  rearrange it’.  Imagine if he Bush Administrtion had put out this type of video.  What would he left be saying?  If their behavior over wire tapping is any indication as to how they would have handled the situation, it is safe to say that it would have been  a bit overboard.  Wouldn’t it be safe to assume they would have called for Bush’s impeachment? (Frankly, I would have agreed with them had Bush done something this stupid)   Wait,  they did call for his impeachment.  The reason,  he wanted to spy on terriorists to find out if they were planning to attack American cities. Great balls of Fire!  What presdient would want to vilolate the rights of terrorists?  It is so much easier to blame America for the harmful acts of Terrorists and indoctriante a generation into  giving up their freedoms. 

Children should not pledge anything to any leader.  Their job in life is to do well in their studies,  obey their  parents and enjoy their  carefree childhood days.  They should not be brainwashed into a liberal agenda.  Any school who pledges to show Obama’s speech and video should hear from parents in the way of calls to the Superintendents and keeping their children home.  It should not be a surpise to any public school if parents  decide to look for other options to educating their children.  If private or charter schools are out of the picdture,  perhaps homeschooling isn’t such a bad idea after all.   Sadly,  the public school system is just another arm of the Obama’s Propaganda Machine.  

In Indiana today, Obama made a statement that didn't sound right coming out of his mouth.  It must be his move towards trying to get the approval rate up.  While announcing his plan to dole out $2.4 in government grants for electric cars,  Obama stated that this will help unleash prosperity for everyone.  Everyone will be prosperous with cars that no one wants or are willing to buy?  This makes as much sense as giving out government run healthcare to people who don't want it.  There seems to be a pattern developing here. Give the people what they don't want.  Sounds simple, but destructive.  Yet, if he says the magic words, "prosperity for everyone",  it should work on the general public.   Any day now, the numbers should be climbing up again.  We shall see. 

Just brief note to wish a Happy Birthday to our president.  I would say best wishes, but your wishes will be the cause of my demise.  So here is what I am hoping that you don't get for your birthday.

The political waters are heating up and soon it will come to a boil.  It is  heartening to see that many of the Tea Party organizations and regular citizens are taking notice at what is going on in Washington.  Recent Townhall meetings for some Representatives have not been very friendly.  It is nice for a change to see the Senators and Representative squirm  a bit when facing their own constituents.  Let this be the first lesson of beating the liberal agenda.   Demanding accountability from Senators and Congressmen is not only our constitutional right, it is morally sound.  The pressure must continue until Washington actually remembers that they are a Representative government not Royalty.
